- A former solo Finn sailor, Prada switched classes in 2006 to serve as the crew for two-time Rolex World Sailor of the Year Robert Scheidt in the Star class.
- With Scheidt in 2007, he won the ISAF world championship in Portugal, the 2007 Princess Sofia Trophy in Spain and the Olympic Test Event in China, at the site of competition for this summer's Beijing Games.
- The duo also took second at the 2007 Pan American Games before finishing third at the Star world championships in April 2008.
- As a solo Finn sailor, Prada's best finish was fourth place at the Miami Olympic Classes Regatta in 2002.
