As if things weren't going poorly enough for the Oilers, there's more bad news.

Center Shawn Horcoff has a shoulder injury and will be lost for at least 7-to-10 days.

Horcoff, who's having all kinds of trouble living up to his $7 million salary this season (five points in 15 games) definitely doesn't need another setback, but he's got one.

"Really frustrated," he said. "Not being off to the start I wanted to and now this happening... it's tough. But I have to rest it. It just needs to be rested and it will heal sooner rather than later."

For the Oilers, it's another in a long line of players who've been sidelined so far this season with injuries and a nasty flu bug that settled into the dressing room for three weeks.
