People still think the Kings will fall off like the last few years. What they dont realize though is that the Kings are on their way up.
They have the same GM that built that great Red Wings team from a few years back and he is well on his way to working his magic with the Kings. We have great young talent that has been showing steady improvment the last few years(Kopitar anyone?) and have made solid offseason trades getting Scuderi and Smyth. Williams from last year is starting to do well too.
Kings should make the playoffs this year. I dont think they are an elite team or anything, but they are solid this year.
