WINNIPEG, Manitoba (AP)—Devin Setoguchi scored two goals, including the tiebreaker with 2:56 remaining, and the Winnipeg Jets earned a 4-3 win over the slumping Vancouver Canucks on Friday night.
With Nashville's 3-2 overtime win over New Jersey, however, the Jets remain in the Central Division cellar.
Zach Bogosian and Michael Frolik also scored for the Jets. Captain Andrew Ladd picked up two assists.
Alexander Edler, Ryan Kesler and Jason Garrison scored for the Canucks. Daniel Sedin picked up an assist, but his goal-scoring drought has stretched to 15 games.
It was the last game Vancouver has to play without head coach John Tortorella behind the bench as his suspension ends.
