TORONTO (AP)—Chris Drury scored the first of Buffalo’s four power-play goals in the Sabres’ 5-2 preseason victory over the Toronto Maple Leafs on Tuesday night.

Daniel Briere, Jason Pominville, Paul Gaustad and Taylor Pyatt also scored for the Sabres (5-1-0). Chad Kilger and Mariusz Czerkawski scored for the Maple Leafs (2-4-0).

Buffalo went 4-for-12 with the man advantage, while Toronto was 1-for-8.

Toronto’s Eric Lindros missed his second straight game because of a strained ribcage.

The Maple Leafs received seven straight minor penalties at one point, leading to two Buffalo goals.
