I would love to see Ovechkin finish out his career in Detroit. Imo Ovechkin, Datsyuk, Zetterberg, Franzen, Lidstrom, Helm, Draper, Holmstrom, and the rest of the current team. Awesome.....However, they do need a good back up goalie.

Lightning-Bruins looks like it's going to be a good series. Those 2 teams that are hot right now. Most people think Boston'll beat Tampa Bay. However, most people thought Washington would beat Tampa Bay, and a lot of people thought that Pittsburg would beat Tampa Bay - especially after they got that 3-1 lead.

Boston has the home ice advantage, but Tampa has been a team that has shown they can win on the road.

Don't underestimate Tampa Bay. They have a lot going for them right now. So does Boston. It should be a good series!

All this talk about Tampa and Boston. It doesn't matter who wins, the Western Champ will beat them. IMO the Sharks will take the cup. But the Canucks or Wings would beat the Eastern Champ.

its just so funny, nobody has anything to say about the Boston Bruins. Even with the fact that they are about to sweep Phili. when is anybody going to wake up and smell the coffee, this team is very competitive and nobody seems to notice. I see Vancouver in the final and Boston take your Pick

While I follow the Washington Capitals, I commented in an earlier writing that they finished where I thought they would-2nd round of playoffs-because of injuries and inexperience of young players, such as goalie Neuvirth. As for the Tampa Bay Lightning all as I can say is wow! The Lightning are on a roll and I think they will win the Eastern Conference Playoffs, but will face a stiff challenge against either Vancouver or San Jose in the Stanley Cup Finals. If the Lightning keep doing what they have been then they will improve their chances of winning the Cup. The Lightning are representing the Southeast Division now in the playoffs and I wish them the best of luck in playing for the Stanley Cup.
