Bruins defenseman Hampus Lindholm has been the epitome of consistency since being acquired two years ago at the trade deadline. Lindholm returned Saturday, however, and what do you know he finished with two assists in a dominant Bruins victory. “You could tell that he had a lot more jump than the rest of our players, and was also excited to be back,” Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery said of Lindholm following the game.
Coming off a 4-1 victory over Toronto on Thursday, the Bruins posted consecutive regulation wins for the first time since Jan. 20 and 22. They are fighting for the NHL’s top record a year after setting league records for victories (65) and overall points (135).
After all of Wednesday's moves, who's left to acquire for the Bruins ahead of Friday's NHL trade deadline? Here are the best players available.
