Doan revealed Thursday that he had fought a hip injury throughout much of the postseason, Craig Morgan of FOX Arizona reports.
Recommendation: Doan was still tremendous for the Coyotes as he led the team to the deepest postseason run in franchise history. An unrestricted free agent this offseason, Doan will likely be a top priority for general manager Don Maloney.

RW Shane Doan came through big for his team in Game 4, scoring both goals, registering five hits and showing leadership in a do-or-die situation.
Doan was whistled for three minor penalties in the game, but his teammates picked him up by killing all six Kings power plays in the game.
