NEW YORK (TICKER) —The New York Rangers on Sunday sent defenseman Bobby Sanguinetti to Hartford of the American Hockey League.

The 21st overall pick of the 2006 draft, Sanguinetti was called up from the Wolf Pack for Saturday’s game against the Ottawa Senators, but did not play.

Named to the United States AHL All-Star team, Sanguinetti, 20, led all Hartford defensemen in scoring with three goals and 20 assists in 39 games.
