Mark Streit: No Practice Monday

Recommendation: The struggling defenseman was given the day off by the coaching staff, so it doesn’t look like his status for Wednesday’s game against the Caps is in jeopardy at this point. Streit leads the Isles in ice time with an average of over 25 minutes per game, so you can’t blame the team for wanting to give him a little rest.
