Today's adventure in YouTube: We stumbled upon a hockey video titled "American fans taunting finland," which naturally piqued our interest. How does one taunt Finland, other than making the same awful jokes about lingonberries and smoked fish we make whenever Teemu Selanne's name comes up?
How sad, then, that this video turned out to be footage of Pittsburgh Penguins fans mocking Philadelphia Flyers goalie Marty Biron from the safety of their seats behind the glass. Even sadder was that it was from a game back in March, and this was the first time we'd seen this rather humorous clip. Apologies if this is a re-run for some; if it's new to you, it's a revealing glimpse into what every NHL goalie goes through every single road game. It's amazing some of these guys haven't gone Domi yet.
Good to see that "Hextall" chant still has some mileage in it. Of course, Biron isn't exactly innocent when it comes to heckling. Just ask Eric Staal:
