MONTREAL -- Glasnost! Perestroika! You see, there's no animosity between Pittsburgh Penguins star Evgeni Malkin and Alexander Ovechkin of the Washington Capitals. They're like two little Fonzies, those two. Look at those vice-like grips; it's like they can't let go.
In fact, after a Russian newspaper set up a photograph between the two at the NHL All-Star Game Eastern Conference scrum, a second Russian newspaper recreated the scene. The photo so nice, they staged it twice!

As Slava Malamud of Sport Express said, you could cut the tension with a hammer and sickle. Which is really only something a Russian dude can get away with saying.
