Washington Redskins assistant coach Gregg Williams met with management about the team's head coaching position for the fourth time Tuesday, taking another step in a process that many NFL sources expect will end with him succeeding Joe Gibbs the Washington Post reported.
Although owner Daniel Snyder still is scheduled to interview candidates from outside the organization. Former Atlanta Falcons head coach Jim Mora is scheduled to interview Wednesday
The Redskins, however, remain interested in speaking Indianapolis Colts defensive coordinator Ron Meeks. Meeks plans to speak with Snyder tomorrow. Indianapolis recently granted permission for the Redskins to meet with Meeks as well as Colts assistant head coach Jim Caldwell, who oversees Indianapolis's offense and quarterbacks. But Caldwell, who league sources said would be a top candidate to lead the Colts if Coach Tony Dungy retires, apparently is not currently involved with the Redskins.

Some say this could be a sign that the Skins are close to signing Williams but I think it's a sign that Snyder isn't totally happy with Williams. As a Eagles fan i'm hoping he is blown away by the awful Jim Mora though Greg Williams was 17-31 as a HC so he really isn't much to fear but then again, neither was Gibbs in his return.

Keep the coaching staff the same, draft good solid players (don't buy the big name thats going to be a bust...remember Deon Sanders?)......
Give Williams the job already.
