Houston Texans quarterback Matt Schaub(notes) spent Tuesday night and all day Wednesday in the hospital getting treated for bursitis in his right knee, but he was back on the practice field Thursday and he's claiming to be "good to go" for Sunday's big game against the New York Jets, according to the Houston Chronicle.

"There's no doubt in my mind I'll be playing Sunday," Schaub said, according to the paper. "It feels good. It felt good to get out there to practice and get ready to go." While in the hospital, Schaub studied game film and his playbook.

Head coach Gary Kubiak told the paper that he's making sure backup Dan Orlovsky(notes) is ready to go in case Schaub falters.
