Baltimore Ravens rookie linebacker Sergio Kindle(notes) recently fell down two flights of stairs late one night in Austin, Texas, and fractured his skull. His former coach at the University of Texas, Mack Brown, says that Kindle has narcolepsy and that might have contributed to the fall, according to OrangeBloods.com.

The National Football Post reported that Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome and director of college scouting Eric DeCosta "seemed amused when asked about the reports that Kindle takes medication for narcolepsy and ADD."

"If it was a concern, we probably wouldn't have drafted him," DeCosta said.
