Brady Quinn(notes) started out his third season in the NFL as the starting quarterback for the Cleveland Browns and now he's put up his house for sale and is said to be apparently considering making a trade request, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Quinn hasn't made the request just yet and it appears that he might not actually go through with it.
He tells the paper that it is "not my nature to do something like that. I have a contract with the Browns and I intend to play that out." He went on to say, "I'm here right now to do the best I can for this team. That's the situation I'm presented with."
Of course, he's not "playing" anything out. He's sitting on the bench and watching Derek Anderson(notes). There are only five days before the NFL trading deadline so it's not looking likely that anything would actually get done before then, anyway.

Braylon probably loves Cleveland now that they gave him a free pass out of town, just as Courtney Brown probably does. Nobody wants to play here, and it has nothing to do with the city.

the only way he'll end up somewhere other than cleveland is if he is released.

It is very sad that such a storied franchise cannot find a quality coach.
I hope Brady finds another home where his many skills can be displayed.

Trent Edwards and Brady Quinn are twins....both are check down qb's only...
Brady Quinn dropped in the draft because every team saw he had NO potential he is and will always be a bust...
If brady quinn gets traded thats great don't expect much from him....you can put lip stick on a pig but its still a pig

Quinn has been sacked more.....then again, Denver's Elvis went crazy and has all year. He also hasn't gotten as many 3rd down convertions......but did he get a fair shake here? Anderson in his 2 full started games has had back-to-back 100 yard rushers. Quinn was not so fortunate going against a stout Vikings, Broncos, and Baltimore run D's. When teams can stuff the run, it makes for a lot of long 3rd downs. DA has been converting, but he's had the benefit of a healthy (lewis AND Harrison in the same game finally) running attack.
DA should be putting up far better numbers than Quinn.....but he's not. Why? Cause he's barely a backup in this league.
Quinn may never be very good....but he's far and away better than Anderson, and he's proved it so far.
And not sure why he'd want to go to St. Louis......it's an even bigger nightmare than Cleveland right now (voted most dangerous city in the US...yeah, and Cleveland is the sespool, good grief).

I agree with you on everything you said difference is DA got the win this week and took the Bengals to OT so the coaches don't care about stat's, its sad actually! But I expect DA to falter again this week and Quinn starting next week.
Still a DA fan though!
