The website reported coach Eric Mangini and general manager George Kokinis is ''lukewarm'' on Quinn. Those feelings about Quinn may force the Browns to keep Derek Anderson and pay him his $5 million roster bonus. The team will then let Anderson and Quinn battle for the starting spot.
