Federal district judge Susan Nelson lifted the NFL lockout Monday, a fact that has some players excited about showing up at team offices to try and get some work done.
However, ProFootballTalk reports that the players shouldn't expect their coaches to be waiting at the doors with open arms. A source to the site reports that the league has asked team coaches "not to talk to its players while the NFL is in labor purgatory."
ESPN New York also reports that the players' organization emailed players late Monday night and informed them they're legally entitled to report to their team facility Tuesday, but also noted that the NFL Management Council told teams to keep the weight rooms closed.
