Jessica Simpson says Cowboys will kick Philly butt

It's one thing for Adam "Pacman" Jones to talk some trash about the Philadelphia Eagles' lopsided victory over the St. Louis Rams in the season opener, but now the girlfriend of the Dallas Cowboys' quarterback is in on the act.

During an appearance on Good Morning America this morning, Jessica Simpson screamed "Go Cowboys!" Odds are she screamed it off key. Her blondeness — at least we think she's a blonde — later added that when her beau Tony Romo and the Cowboys play the Eagles Monday night that, "We're gonna kick your butts, too!"

Jessie, of course, was on hand in her pink Romo jersey last December when the Eagles upset the Cowboys at Texas Stadium.

Jones, the Cowboys' cornerback with a record that includes more than tackles and interceptions, was unimpressed when asked about three Eagles receivers accumulating than 100 yards each in the Eagles' opening-day win over St. Louis.

"They played the Rams, dude," Jones said.

At least he didn't say they played the Ewes.

    Oh no... God help Tony Romo if they don't win. Way to put some extra pressure on your boyfriend there. Can't wait.

    lol. I am staying out of this one. It is going to be a bloody mess. Twenty bucks says the Cowboys groupies on here will be patting themselves on the backs for hours.
    She sang the national anthem at a Raiders game once. that was when she was young and tight. Body that is.

    B Jeezy, Cowboys have no chance against the AFC? Look what just happened to the high powered offense of Cleveland this past sunday. Dallas kicked their a**es on offense and defense. Philly should take note, it's their turn next monday night and they will be exposed as just another pretender to the Cowboy Nation throne! GO COWBOYS!!!!

    I don't think the Eagles are even going to bother reading about what Simpson has to say much less use it as fuel of any sort. What Jones said, however, will get them a little more fired up. The Cowboys will still win, though, and keep part of the lead in the NFC East.
    BTW Eagles fans are dumb @sses, and should have their mouthpieces sewn shut and typing fingers cut off. Their fans have no respect for other players/fans. I am so happy they have been struggling, and I don't see their first game as any sign that it has stopped.

    Jessica Simpson is a fan like the rest of us. The fact that she and Tony Romo are dating only adds spice to the topic.
    Look Eagle fans are talking trash, Cowboy fans are talking trash...that's what it means to be a fan.
    But c'mon people...taking personal attacks at Jessica are uncalled for. Some of you are simply cowards hiding behind a computer screen and a keyboard.
    Show some respect...then again, we are dealing with Eagle fans...the same idiots who cheered when Irvin ended his carreer at the Vet.
    My apologies to the respectful fans...but I am reminded yet again, why I despise the Eagles so much.
    I'm looking forward to cheering on the same team as Jessica and to being surrounded by respectful fans who understand how to not let passion take us over the line of humanity.

    They are calling off the game, there is no need to play it.
    After meeting with Jessica, Goodell has awarded dallas a 2-0 record.
    in other news, Goodell still undecided on the Rams claim they are a legitimate football team.

    JAGLKC.......MOST of the time week 1 does not tell a whole lot! Who knows if the cowboys are really that good, or if cleveland is really that bad!! Do u think the colts are really that bad..? NO!! Are the bears really that good...? NO!!! They have no QB nad the only player on offense is a rookie RB......

    I agree with post # 22 - J Simpson should not be on TV unless it's a half time show at Dallas Stadium and she is on sidelines. Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders catalog could use her spread :)

    This is all a bunch of crap the media blows way out of proportion. Who knows if she even said this or not. They just want something to get people all stirred up. The eagles are going to be tough Monday night, but if Dallas plays to their capability they should win this game.
