NFL - Scoop Du Jour

Looks like Jon Gruden is ready to consider becoming an NFL coach again. The former coach of Oakland Raiders and Tampa Bay Buccaneers told Rich Eisen on his NFL.com podcast "I think I might" when asked if he would consider a coaching job that sought him out.

"I'm not even thinking about it right now," said Gruden, who is currently one of the color commentators on "Monday Night Football," along with Ron Jaworski. "I'm totally blessed to be doing what I'm doing. It's my second year and I think I'm getting a little bit better [at] broadcasting. Hopefully we can finish strong and put together a real solid season, but what the future has in store, I have no idea, but in the time being, I'm going to prepare myself like I always have to stay on top of what's going on."

ProFootballTalk points out that Gruden "has been linked most prominently with the 1-5 Cleveland Browns."
