Goodell wants 'Spy Guy' to come forward

Matt Walsh, the former New England Patriots video assistant who has suggested he has damaging information on Bill Belichick's now out-of-business spying operation, is still playing hard-to-get with the NFL the New York Daily News reported.

"At some point, I will run out of patience," commissioner Roger Goodell said Wednesday as the league meetings wrapped up.

Goodell doesn't appear to want the issue to fade away without talking to him, but even if he was trying to apply pressure on Walsh yesterday, Walsh apparently is under no obligation to speak to the league. Goodell wants an agreement between the lawyers for the league and Walsh to be worked out so he can hear what Walsh has to say and either put SpyGate to bed or relaunch the investigation if Walsh has the goods on Belichick.

Either the ball washer doesn't have any proof, or he doesn't have any stones, or both.

Walsh has nothing. He tried to sell his story and got nothing for it (because he had nothing) and now that he's being asked to provide info, he's backing away and being a *itch. The lawsuit against the Pats was dropped also, probably because they talked to Walsh and realized he had nothing, and that their case wouldn't hold water without his "testimony".

He's got nothing, he's just hoping for some sweetheart deal that might net him some cash in some "hush-money" settlement. It ain't gonna happen.
Either show what ya got, or shut up and fade back into obscurity Matt Walsh!

Crux, how many times do I have to say it, the Pats schedule was crazy easy last year. They only had to play 8 winning teams, 4 division leaders, 6 playoff teams, and all the best teams except GB (and the hawks if you want to count them). Very easy. BJ, yep from up in Maine. Where the lobster is cheap, the trees are plentiful and the Pirates are doing really well.
