New York Giants defensive end Osi Umenyiora(notes) has two years and around $6.225 million left on his contract but he's telling folks that he doesn't expect to be back with the team next year, according to the New York Post.

It wasn't so much the 41-9 mauling his team got from the Carolina Panthers in the final game at Giants Stadium that knocked his team from playoff contention that had Umenyiora so miffed. It was the fact that he was jettisoned from the starting lineup four games ago, which Umenyiora says is "an unbelievable situation" and "complete nonsense."

He missed last season due to a knee injury and walked out of practice one day this past off-season due to a disagreement with defensive coordinator Bill Sheridan.
