ocker Jon Bon Jovi was one of the original owners of the Philadelphia Soul Arena Football team, which took home the league's inaugural championship in 2008. Since then, he's wanted to get involved in the NFL, according to ESPN.
"I have always made clear my desire to someday enter the NFL," Bon Jovi said, according to the site. He confirmed to ESPN that he had "confidential negotiations" with the Atlanta Falcons after being approached by the team months ago. Bon Jovi concurred with Falcons owner Arthur Blank that talks have stalled, ESPN reported.
League sources told ESPN that Bon Jovi's proposed investment of as much as a 15 percentage stake and $150 million is not to be dismissed.
