The Chicago Bears seem to be having a hard time finding an offensive coordinator this off-season and the word is that potential candidates are skittish about joining the team in the Windy City because they don't want anything to do with coaching quarterback Jay Cutler(notes), according to National Football Post.
The way folks are seeing the situation in Chicago is that Cutler was one of the main reasons former offensive coordinator Ron Turner got run out of town at the season's end.
Of course, another thing that may have potential coaches feeling wary is that head coach Lovie Smith is toward the end of his contract and he may get heaved into Lake Michigan if he doesn't deliver some Ws for the team next season.
