Tom Coughlin may be sticking around as the head coach for the New York Giants, but it appears that he may be losing both his offensive and defensive coordinators to other teams.
ESPN reports that the Carolina Panthers and Cleveland Browns have submitted requests to interview defensive coordinator Perry Fewell. And offensive coordinator Kevin Gilbride has been floated as a potential candidate for the vacant job at UConn, according to the Newark Star-Ledger.
"We don't want to hold anybody back," general manager Jerry Reese said, according to the Star-Ledger.
Other than to replace any assistants that leave, the paper notes that the Giants are planning no coaching changes.
