Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry woke up in jail Thursday morning. Henry turned himself in to police after a warrant was issued for his arrest Wednesday night. He is charged with assault and criminal damaging.

According to a police report, Henry got into a fight outside a party on Ohio Avenue in Clifton Heights Monday night. Gregory Meyer, 18, claims someone threw a bottle at his car window outside the apartment complex. He says he confronted the suspect and was punched in the face. Police say someone inside the party identified the attacker as Chris Henry.

Henry is expected to be arraigned Thursday afternoon. He will remain behind bars until a judge sets his bond.

Well now there's a real surprise Chris Henry getting into trouble, lol NOT!!!! Now he should be suspended for the year just like Pacman Jones. He was already suspended for 8 games last year and here we go again.

I think Henry and Pacman should go onto clebrity boxing, since they like to punch people....plus it's the last place you go before your career is over.

I would like owner Mike Brown to publicly admit that the Bengals draft morons. These players just don't get it.
You would think that after ALL of the trouble he's been in, he'd want to avoid situations like this. But no. He goes to the local college hang outs and gets fist fights with drunken 18 yr olds. LOSER

If the NFL had a commissioner with some Balls he would suspend the scumbag for the year. Just think back, wasn't the NFL a better place without the likes of T.O., Chud, Bilicheat, and Randy ( mush mouth ) Moss. The NFL has gone to Crap like most other things. Just proves my point, some people have more money that brains.

I can remember when Paul Brown made a big issue of drafting players based on intelligence so that he would not have to be confronted by situations like this. Good athletes have to have an equal amount of smarts as well as talent. RIP PB....

Oh trust me, Goodell is ALL over this. Granted he's not involved in a shooting that has left someone paralyzed, he doesn't understand the differences between good and bad situations. He's done for a year.

Bad luck Bengals fans. Who are the teams 4th-6th WRs? I've got a feeling that those guys are going to be seeing some quality playing time this season. Also, they might want to draft a couple more WRs to protect themselves.

Now if they just pass the Haircut rule, the Bengals will have no receivers. Henry will be in jail, Chad will be on the bench, and T.J. will quit before he cuts his hair.

I don't care what anyone says. The Patriots are a bunch of CHEATERS!! The whole bunch of from the top down!! From the owner, to the coach, to the players, to fans, season ticket holders, people who like the Pats, people who have driven by the stadium, watched one of their games on TV, anyone who has ever stepped for in Massachusetts to.... .what?? this isn't article isn't about the patriots? I thought every time someone brings up the game of football, no matter what the question or statement, you are supposed to respond with the Patriots are a bunch of cheaters, no??? Oh. My mistake. Sorry.
