While speculation begins to grow as to who Bill Parcells might tap to be the head coach of the hapless Miami Dolphins in 2008, one name being mentioned is Arizona Cardinals offensive coordinator Todd Haley according to ProFootballTalk.com.

Haley was the wide receivers coach with Parcells last season and had a run-in with Terrell Owens. The website noted that probably makes Haley even more attractive to Parcells.

ProFootballTalk.com reported it appears Cam Cameron will not survive the Parcells rebuilding project. However, some think GM Randy Mueller might while possibily being transferred within the organization.

I think Parcells would be better off leaving Cam in place than bringing in another rookie head coach. Cam had a lot of success when he had talent in San Diego. Let's see what he does with talent in Miami. Bill would be better off focusing his attention on the players he will bring in through free agency and the draft.

Haley was terrible as a receivers coach in Dallas. He would be even worse as a head coach in Miami. Just look at the differance in the productivity of the Cowboys receivers this year versus Haley's last year
    as their coach.

#3 Andrew H I agree 100%! It makes no sense to bring in another guy like that just because he's had a year as an offensive coach. Marty, Singletary, and Cowher make a lot more sense.

I say leave cam alone for now. he should be graded on the good game he played vs was. Then players start dropping like flies. Which coach can really win lots of games with no qb, rb, wr, ol, dl, lb, secondary? Yea you heard me right we had nothing. Given the right situations he makes good calls so far. i like the ginn jr pick. i like the chambers trade. bill needs to worry about filling some team needs in the off season and throw out the anderson idea. we can get a whole lot more for the #1 pick.

We have the best offensive coordinator in the NFL as our head Coach, why take another one try him out, You have to give Cam more time, If they fire him after one season, we will be starting over again, give him another draft class and see how he improves... If there is no progress then you can let him go, I just dont see the point in starting all over again. Look at what he has faced all year with the injuries on both sides of the ball. If this team says healthy, we would have won at least 4 or 5 games. You cant blame him foor the moves that were made with letting Chambers, McMichael, and Welker go, that came from above and he didnt really get a choice in that one. GIVE HIM ANOTHER YEAR!!! E

With Parcells as the top boss in Miami, no one will dare to coach this team knowing that it is just a matter of time before Parcells takes over the coaching.

First, I think you guys who posted these stupid comments should learn something about football. I think maybe you stupid Miami fans got what you deserved this year.
Now, Bill Parcells is the most under rated player personnel guy in the NFL. A young offensive coach who knows the Parcells way of Football is the best possible guy to be your head coach.
Cam Cameron has to go. that bad a coaching job doesn't need another season to fail.

I am so very tired of hearing about how great the Tuna is. Truth is he didn't want Romo, he was pushed by Jerry Jones to make the move from Bledsoe. If you didn"t play his way you didn't play and you were benched. Yea, he won two Super B, but look at the Talent he had. Who wouldn't have won with a defense that had LT, Carson, etc. He will make Miami even worse, they will be luck to win even 1 game next year.
He had no respect for most of his players (KJ excluded). Jerry Jones owns, runs, and OK's everything about the Boys. One day he will own the respect he deserves for developing the Best, most succesful, most loved, and also most hated sports team in America.

I agree Cam should have at least one more year as he had coach personel given to him. Focus on getting quality talent not another rookie coach!

The Dolphins need to bring in Bill Cowher as the head coach and keep Cam Cameron as the Offensive Coordinator. They already have Dom Capers as their Defensive Coordinator. What an awesome three - headed monster that would be. Bill Cowher, Cam Cameron and Dom Capers and Bill Parcells overseeing everything. Looking good!

Jason Garret is not a Parcells guy! He will never be the Head Coach of the Dolphins!
