Didn't the Giants lock up the media world in NY by beating the Rex Jets? The next week, they carried the media wagon momentum to run over the Dallas Cowboys on prime time New Years? How popular can you get?

Then they crush Atlanta in New York. So they beat Green Bay in a laugher the next week. The packers could not beat the Crimsontide at that point in the season. SanFrancisco were robbed on turnover take backs and bad officiating with quick whistle blowing. Just ridiculous. The 49ers were not popular enough to go to the superbowl.

You have Manning, the most talented big game Qb in Eli out of the entire Manning family. Yes, he is more talented than big brother. There I said it. I'm not sure if Peyton ever won a college bowl game. Eli won one his senior year. Another story.

The New York Giants became the most popular team at the right time. Popularity mean rating and more money per commerical is what the NFL is all about. But hey, give the NFL a little credit for not being so obvious. They covered their superbowl picks with the story of the Patriots and Giants rematch. Lets just look at the this rematch. 9/11 happened in New York, right? New England won the superbowl after the tragedy just because they are called the Patriots? Ten years later, these teams just so happen to be in the superbowl again for the 10 year anniversary of 9/11!!!

What is the point? This one game superbowl excluding tickets brings the league nearly half of all it's earning for the entire season!!! That is combined money ion comparioson to the revenus earned by all 32 teams. Thos one game brings in nearly half of it's money through advertisement. I let you think about that.....

I am not hating on the Giants. Furthermore, I despise New England and their dishonest ways. Brady was 26 years old when he won his last superbowl. This team is so shady that they break rules faster than the league can change the rules to cover for their pitifulness. It's amazing in how Paul Tagliabue's depature has left Brady with no more superbowl rings.

Take the Oakland Raiders, they were worth about $370 million when Gannon led them to the superbowl. Since then, they have been the worse team in the league. Why are they sorry and don't care? Staubach and Aikman are part of the good-ole-boy system that happens in the league. These two were 1st round picks and the NFL QB prototype. Therefore, owners will build a team in all areas to support them. I will exclude Brady, but his family connections with the commissioner at the time had something to do with his early success. Romo will never have the support that Roger and Troy experienced. He is not accepted by these good ole-boys. He was maybe drafted in the 4th round and he was not an instant starter. Romo just happens to play in Dallas. Dallas! The place know for many dark horrible unhumane things in the south throughout history. He's had revolving receivers coordinators and coaches throughout hie entire career.

The Giants beat the Patriots, 49ers, Packers, Falcons, everyone they played in the AFC. Lost a few divisional games as most other teams, lost on the road to the Saints as all other 8 opponents did in the Superdome, and had a loss to the Seahawks on a pick 6 to end the game. They got 2 gifts against the 49ers but maybe Eli would have been more aggressive and still won as he did late in most of their wins in the season. Give it up 9ers fans, your team had one 3rd down conversion, thats pathetic. Alex Smith stinks, and you shouldnt talk smack until you win a bowl. And the Giants overcame a ridiculous amount of bad calls, the most I have ever seen in a season and postseason. By the way they got hit with a hold in the Superbowl on 3rd down that Vince Wilfork admitted miked up that was @#$%. That put the Pats on a 14-0 run when the giants could have been up 12 - 3 or 16 - 3 instead of losing 10-9 at the half. Eli and the Giants deserved to win. Sure any game could go wither way in this league. The Giants are blessed with talent , Nicks is ridiculous, Eli is playing like Peyton, the defensive line in the best in the league (JPP, Osi, Canty, Tuck), Boley and Williams played great in the postseason, the trio of safeties are really good. Their offensive line and corners are average, but most corners in the league get toasted with the current rules these days. They have the best GM and a great coach. Jsut like the last time they won they will come out of the gate firing on all cylinders next season. Good luck to all other fans, you will need it. And all over the place haters are commenting on the talk that they won 2 SUperbowls in 4 seasons.
