Quinn has been fined $10,000 by the NFL for his chop block on Baltimore's Terrell Suggs, who is out for Sunday's game against the Colts.
Advice: After throwing an interception in Monday night's 16-0 loss to the Ravens, Quinn dived at Suggs' knees while trying to bring down cornerback Chris Carr, who had picked him off. Suggs had to leave the game and could miss more time. but would not disclose the size of his fine, saying only that it was "a good amount."

QB Brady Quinn will start Sunday against the Lions despite posting a 23.5 passer rating against the Ravens in his first start since he regained the job from Derek Anderson. The Browns were in Ravens territory only once and never penetrated the Baltimore 45.

Coach Eric Mangini said that Quinn will start Sunday in Detroit, despite the Browns' 16-0 loss to the Ravens Monday, in which Quinn had a 23.5 passer rating, the Cleavland Plain Dealer reports.
Recommendation: The "on any given Sunday" plus a "great matchup" equation is still not enough to risk rolling with anyone in the Browns' passing game at this point.
