S Charlie Peprah is being held out of organized team activities, which started May 22 and run until June 8, as he recovers from arthroscopic knee surgery done earlier in the offseason. Peprah is expected to challenge for the starting job alongside Morgan Burnett after the team released three-time Pro Bowl pick Nick Collins last month.

Peprah, who underwent arthroscopic knee surgery in the offseason, did not participate in Tuesday's voluntary OTA practice, the Green Bay Press-Gazette reports.
Recommendation: Once Peprah is turned loose again, he's slated to work as the Packers' starting strong safety on the heels of a 2011 season that saw him rack up 94 tackles and five picks in 16 games, of which he started 14.
