May 15 Peters ruptured his Achilles' tendon a second time recently and will certainly miss all of the 2012 season, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Recommendation: Peters' career is also in jeopardy. He suffered the setback when the Roll-A-Bout scooter he was using collapsed, and the tendon ruptured as a result of the fall. Peters initially ruptured the tendon March 27, so this is obviously a very serious obstacle as he attempts to get his career on track. Todd Herremans and Demetress Bell could be Philadelphia's long-term tackles.
