Recommendation: Ward received four less carries than Cadillac Williams and was not as productive as Williams, who ran for 52 yards and scored a short touchdown. Ward hasn't had the season many envisioned he'd have in Tampa Bay, but part of that can be attributed to the team's overall failures. Rookie quarterback Josh Freeman has looked solid in his first couple of starts, so there might be some hope down the line for the Buccaneers' skill players.
