Adam Rank, of NFL.com, reports Chicago Bears RB Kevin Jones (knee) is expected to compete with RB Matt Forte for carries.

Jones (knee) signed a one-year, $605,000 contract with Chicago on Tuesday,
the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Recommendation: Jones continues to recover from a torn ACL he suffered on Dec. 23, so don't set your expectations too high for him, and there remains a chance that he could open the season on the PUP list. Still, the Bears were probably one of the best situations Jones could put himself in, with their top three running backs - Matt Forte, Adrian Peterson and Garrett Wolfe - each having little to no starting experience in the NFL.

The Chicago Bears signed Jones to a one-year deal on Tuesday.
Advice: During four years with Detroit, Jones rushed for 3,067 yards and 24 touchdowns on 761 carries. Jones, who played for Virginia Tech, was drafted by Detroit in 2004. Last season, Jones rushed for 581 yards and a career-high eight touchdowns on 153 carries. He also had 32 receptions for 197 yards.
