    The patriarch of football's famous quarterback family is coming to Winchester. College Football Hall of Famer and New Orleans Saints Ring of Honor member Archie Manning was announced as the Sports Marshal for the 97th Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival at a news conference on Friday. The 74-year-old Manning will serve as the keynote speaker at the Partlow Insurance Sports Breakfast at 8 a.m. on May 4 at Shenandoah University's James R. Wilkins, Jr. Athletics and Events Center.
