Recommendation: Haggan is a good run defender and special teams player who will most likely be used on the strong side in St. Louis. He's 32 years old and likely on the downside of his career, but with as thin as their linebacking corps are right now the club had little choice, and frankly they could have done worse than a guy who started all 32 games the last two years for the Denver Broncos and was also their special teams captain.
