Recommendation: As was the case Wednesday, Heap was present at practice, but he wore a baseball cap and sweatpants. More on his status Friday.

Advice: Heap has not reached the end zone since the Ravens' second game of the season and may have to step out of his low-key demeanor and demand the ball from Ravens QB Joe Flacco.
