Spikes (hamstring) returned to practice Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Jacksonville, the 49ers' official site reports.
Recommendation: Spikes will likely be a game-time decision on Sunday. He'll be replaced by Matt Wilhelm for the second straight week if he can't play.

LB Takeo Spikes, who missed the Packers game with a left hamstring strain, is improving but he has not gone through a full practice since sustaining the injury Nov. 12 against the Chicago Bears. Coach Mike Singletary projected his availability for Sunday's as a "game-time decision."
