2012 NFL Conference Championship Playoff Games TV Schedule
Following the four NFL Divisional Round games in the 2011-12 NFL playoffs, there are only four teams left in the hunt for the Lombardi trophy. On Sunday, Jan. 22, these four teams will face off in their respective conference championship games to see which teams will represent the AFC and NFC in Super Bowl XLVI.
In the last game of the Divisional Round, the New York Giants were able to do the improbable and win on the road at Lambeau Field over the Green Bay Packers. As a result of their victory, the Giants will visit the San Francisco 49ers at Candlestick Park Field in the later conference championship game.
As for the AFC, the New England Patriots had no trouble defeating Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos, winning their playoff game 45-10. With the Baltimore Ravens' close 20-13 win over the Houston Texans, the Patriots will host the Ravens at Gillette Stadium to see who will represent the AFC in the Super Bowl.
