Redskins re-sign Albright

ASHBURN, Virginia (Ticker) - The Washington Redskins re-signed Pro Bowl long snapper Ethan Albright.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Albright appeared in all 16 games with the Redskins for the seventh consecutive season. He also had four tackles on special teams in earning his first Pro Bowl berth.

Washington signed the 36-year-old Albright as a free agent in March 2001. Prior to that, Albright spent five seasons with the Buffalo Bills.

He was signed by the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of North Carolina in 1994. Albright made his NFL debut in 1995 with Miami but suffered a season-ending knee injury.
