Boldin, Whisenhunt Put Squabble in the Past

—> —> WR Anquan Boldin(notes) and Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt did their best to move on from last week’s disagreement over Boldin being inactive for the Bears game.

Boldin was angry after the game, saying he could have played and that no one was "man enough" to tell him he was sitting out. Whisenhunt disputed that at the time, saying he told Boldin as soon as possible.

On Wednesday, Whisenhunt declined to address the situation, saying he was concentrating on Seattle. Boldin expressed no regrets for his postgame comments but said he had "moved on."

Boldin practiced Wednesday and appears ready to play Sunday against Seattle. He has been battling a right ankle sprain for about a month, which is why Whisenhunt held him out of last week’s game. The Cardinals are 5-1 without Boldin the past two years.—Kent Somers
