Smiley, Fasano inactive for Dolphins

MIAMI (AP)—Guard Justin Smiley(notes) and tight end Anthony Fasano(notes) were inactive Sunday for the Miami Dolphins’ game against Tampa Bay.

Smiley missed practice this week with a shoulder injury. Fasano has been bothered by a sore hip.

Reserve defensive linemen Paul Soliai(notes) (ankle) and linebacker Joey Porter(notes) (coach’s decision) were also inactive.

Nate Garner(notes) started for Smiley, Kory Sperry(notes) started for Fasano, and Charlie Anderson(notes) started for Porter.

    Sparano and his wannabe tight end @#$%ano should have stayed in Dallas, Sucking off BLOMO!!fasano is the worst pass catching tight rnd in the league!! But the way he's going...He won't be a tight end much longer. Just ask his boyfriend!!

    Kory Sperry is from my home town of Pueblo Colorado. It's good to see that someone has made it. Anthony Cesario was an offensive lineman for Jacksonville a few seasons, he was from Pueblo also. Good luck Kory.
