Dolphins’ Crowder rejoins practice

DAVIE, Fla. (AP)—Miami Dolphins linebacker Channing Crowder(notes) returned to practice but was limited Wednesday after missing one game with a shoulder injury.

Nose tackle Jason Ferguson(notes) (elbow) was also limited in preparation for the Dolphins’ game Sunday at New England.

Crowder sat out practice last week and the team’s victory over the New York Jets. He’s fifth on the team with 22 tackles.

    everyone likes Rex, but he cant coach his way out of a paper bag (a VERY LARGE paper bag)!!
    And for the record, the vaunted 2000 Ravens defense was not Rex's :

    "Ryan joined the Ravens as a defensive line coach in 1999, earning a Super Bowl XXXV ring with the 2000 team. He was promoted to defensive coordinator in 2005 after the departure of Mike Nolan"

    Rex = Overated & Overfed.

    J-e-t-s want to say the beat the fins in all but one side of the game! That might be true but the won the lost, kick that a$$!!! Bart Scott stop making yourself look like an A$$! Way to run "Teddy Ballgame"

    we cant allow chad henne to look like dan marino again. whatever that wildcat crap is, figure it out. it cant be rocket science. as for our offence, i agree we need all the yards on the ground we can muster. sanchez is a project, its not going to happen overnight. i said coming in this year we would be 9-7 with the hope of better days to come. we blew off a terrific start and lost to teams we absolutely had to beat, dolphs and bills, to contend. a lot will have to go right for us to grab a wild card, a hell of a lot.

    given home field, i have to believe we win this jets 27 miami 24

    Channing Crowder sucks. All he does is talk sh*t and then get beat. I remember a few monday nights ago he was talking sh*t about Peyton Manning, and we all know what happened that night. Crowder was getting burnt repeatedly by Dallas Clark. Probably the most overrated linebacker in the league.

    Mark Sanchez is not John Elway. Derek Anderson has proven more in this league and most consider him a bum. Jets have averaged less then 20 points a game but ESPN has already anointed Sanchez as a future hall of famer its crazy. And I dont want to hear about the Rex Ryan Ravens defense that won a super bowl with Trent Dilfer. That Ravens defense was one of the best ever with Ray Lewis in his prime and this Jets team isnt even close. They are very good.. but if 20 points a game is all they can put up then 9 wins max

    As much as I HATE the Jets as a Dolphins fan, I will begrudginly admit that I like Rex Ryan. He's a defensive genius, and it's good to see a head coach in the No Fun League who still trash talks and obviously enjoys what he does.

    All that said, I hope his team gets beaten like a rented mule.
