Suspension ends for Arizona TE Patrick
TEMPE, Ariz. (AP)—The Arizona Cardinals have added Ben Patrick(notes) to their active roster after the conclusion of the tight end’s four-game suspension for violating the league’s substance abuse policy.
Patrick, who caught a pass for Arizona in last season’s Super Bowl, had practiced all week but was not added to the 53-man roster until Saturday.
Arizona created a vacancy on the active roster on Tuesday when it released defensive end Keilen Dykes(notes) and re-signed him to the practice squad.
