Jerome Simpson(notes) has been a crucial part of Cincinnati's resurgence this season. Coming into today's game, he had three 100+ yard games and is one of Andy Dalton's(notes) favorite targets. As shown on this play late in the first half of the Bengals 23-20 win over the Browns, he is also quite a skilled actor. Keep an eye on the left side of the video during the scrum for the ball.
It worked, too, as he drew a penalty on the play, though they were offsetting penalties. See, soccer players aren't the only ones who can flop with such skill. Hopefully, the Academy of Arts and Sciences will add an Oscar for best performances in a sporting event. Simpson would run away with that gold statue.
