Either that, or this video is a goof. Put a gun to my head, and I think I'm going to go out on a limb and doubt Suisham's ability to kick a 110-yard-field goal. If he could, he probably would have finished a little better than 26th in the league last year in kickoff touchback percentage.

Yeah that video has to be fake, if he could do that they could just have him kick a field goal every time they get the ball. But where would the fun be in that? It looks pretty real, but so did Kobe jumpin over the car in his fresh Hyperdunks.

gotta be fake, but pretty good skills to fake that. probably two or three clips jammed together. but that's insane photoshop (w/e you call it for videos) skills.

They tried that on mythbusters, filling the ball with helium makes it go less far because it has less inertia or whatever.

that's GOTTA be for the nfl.com fantasy files commercial!! Just like andre johnson launching and catching a 50 yard bomb, jason cambell throwing 2 balls in the air and they bounce off each other towards 2 catchers, and now suisham kicking 110 yards! Flawless editing skills. Nuff said.

John V, if that is the case, if they filled it with a heavier gas, like neon or argon, would it go farther? Or did they try that.

I love mythbusters. Stud you should write into them and ask them to duplicate the experiment with different forms of gas.

Looked to me like that was a practice field. Does anyone see lines on it? It could easily be a 50 yard field. Don't believe everything that you see.

Im sure it is real however thats not considered a field goal that is a kickoff because im sure a tee is holding it up and many kickers in the NFL can do that.

that is pretty darn realistic. i would love it if someone actually did that for real. but that would have to be hulk kicking that thing. well, actually you would never see that ball again if hulk kicked it

it looks pretty fake because at the end you see a football on the field and since the video wasn't recorded with a good recorder, it looks like it missed the field goal by 10 yards. plus i didnt see the footbal go through the field goal.

i myself am a redskins fan and hate sean (SHANK EM) suisham and we as redskins fans know that he cant kick the ball that far so it has to be a fake.

It is completely different to kick out of pads than it is to kick in pads. if the video is real, it is still impressive, i think the distance is exagerated though.
