You have to be kidding me? A beer bottle throw onto the field? This is typical of the type of people that make up the criteria of new orleans. I have never liked new orleans and for good reason. That incident is just a prime example of the kind of behavior and class that town has!!!!!!!!!!11

Ok i started counting how manytimes that the commentators ould say drew brees name. With 9:00 mins left in the 2nd quarter they have said his name over 48 times. Come on guys tis is ridiculous!!! He is not God!!Geez they act like he is Tom Brady or something. At leaast Brady has super bowl rings. Really I have no problem with brees just give it a break on calling his name so much even when Atlanta is on offense they are talking about Brees. Enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Go Cowboys!

jerry, you have probably never been to new orleans. furthermore, it is fairly ignorant to judge a whole city on the actions of one drunk. i have been at sporting events where many things have been thrown on the field, including d batteries, and that is in no way a reflection on that entire city. i have lived in new orleans and have found the people as or more friendly than any other place i have ever lived. so you are saying that the town or city in which you reside has no idiots, criminals or drunks?! these are ignorant comments from a fanatic.

I gave Brees a bad rap early in the season. I take it back. The Saints are looking pretty awesome so far and put up some crazy football. Go Steelers.

With as many Falcons fans that are in New Orleans for the game it very well could have been a Falcons fan that through the beer bottle.

#13 The commentator said it seems to have been a Falcons fan who threw the bottle.
I've been to Saints games over there and believe me their fans are some of the most rowdy and unpredictable in the world. Truth be told, there's always going to be some idiot who is pumped up on "whatever" and will act aggressively and throw something, yell out something or do something stupid.
Totally wrong, but it happens at nearly all sporting events.
Only thing that bothers me is security should have escorted him (or her) out of the Dome. I didn't hear if they did or not!

Looks like the Refs are determined to give this game to New Orleans. Just some horrible calls in this game tonight. That hold on #53 to give New Orleans a 1st down was atrocious, even the announcers agreed it was horrible. Home field Refs tonight, they couldn't even explain the clock mix up.

I totally agree with steeler nation. That call was horrific. The play after that Bush should have been called for a personal foul for hand to the face after the play and the ref was looking right at him. I'm not a Saints fan but come on be serious!!!!!
