Here's a handy look at two people you should probably get to know better. Matthew Stafford, because he's about to become one of the highest-paid quarterbacks in the NFL, and Jimmy Fallon, because it's really not fair for you to say you hate the Jimmy Fallon show without actually watching it.
The verdict? Stafford is deadly when throwing at dishes, and Fallon is maybe not tremendously funny, but is non-threatening and good-natured. Also, as he mentioned, he's "not a good thrower."
Stafford is, though. I'm not saying it makes him the #1 pick, because I think most NFL quarterbacks could destroy your good china if you challenged them to a similar contest. All I can tell you is that the combine would be a lot more fun to watch if they somehow worked this event into it.
Gracias, SportsCrack.

Stafford. It is tough to be hyped that much. Too high of expectations look at Matt Leinert and Ryan Leaf.. It takes two or three years just learning before most are ready. It can happen, but I think they should have to prove themselves in the NFL before they become "one of the highest paid quarterbacks in the NFL".

i give it a 4 on a scale of 1 - 10 in relevant talent evaluation of pro football qbs. I did like the fact matt didnt panic after he missed but came back solid with a dead on center hit on the next plate. Now if we could get plates to run 4 sec 40's and make cuts on a dime and catch the ball better than 7 year olds catch colds the lions might make a playoff run, lol. Honestly, take jason smith ol from baylor and if he is available try to trade up for sanchez who has a better comp% and int rate than stafford and should be quite cheaper at the later pick. If sanchez is gone take best available players preferably on def the rest of draft.
