After Sunday's performance, Graham Gano(notes) seems likely to join the gentlemen above in comprising the list of ex-Washington Redskins kickers of the past decade. Gano missed two chip-shot field goals in the rain and was part of a unit that blew a routine extra point that would have tied the game with nine seconds remaining. He's missed the most field goals in the NFL this season (10).

His lowlight reel can be seen below:

To add insult to incompetence, the kicks Gano did make weren't good by all that much either. Even worse, the Redskins passed up a 19-yard field-goal attempt in order to go for fourth-and-goal from the 1-yard line following Gano's two misses. It's not often a coach doesn't have faith in a kicker to make a field goal that's shorter than 20 yards.

In Gano's defense, though, the missed extra point at the end wasn't his fault. It was a combination of an awful snap by long snapper Nick Sundberg(notes) and some alligator arms by holder Hunter Smith(notes). But, then again, the duo's botched snap spared Gano the ignominy of missing that kick too.
