Shutdown Corner - NFL

A New York radio station is evidently feeling a little desperate about the Giants Super Bowl chances, as they've come up with this little attempt to "psyche [Tom] Brady out." They want you to print out and wear these Bridget Moynahan masks (.pdf) to the Super Bowl in Arizona

It might seem crazy right now, but you know, I could see this working. You'll be at the game, sitting near the sidelines, and you'll hold your Moynahan mask up over your face ... Tom Brady will see it, confuse you with Moynahan, and then leave the game to engage you in a long debate about visitation rights and child support payments. Before you know it, Tom's agreed to take his kid to the zoo every other weekend, and Matt Cassel's thrown 4 interceptions.

Brady will probably fall for this dozens of times through the course of the game before he realizes that these are just normal fans in paper masks, and that he's been had by the madcap geniuses at Q104.3. Yeah ... you know what? This is just crazy enough to work. It's possibly one of the all-time great Psyche-Outs (naughty language alert).

Either that, or Brady will take one look at your masks, think about it for about a quarter of a second, remember that he's going home to Gisele Bundchen, and then continue carving up the Giants secondary like they were a Christmas ham.  One of the two.

Uh MJD, I support your trek over to yahoo sports, but I strongly advise changing the Gisele link. It doesn't go direct to the picture, at least on my browser. Just sayin'.

How could this cut-out psyche-out the league MVP - especially with Gisele at home wearing pink Victoria Secret lingerie. If that hasn't distracted him yet, nothing on this earth ever will!

...And what a terrible thing to happen on Dozen Egg Night. My favorite part is that the mindreader from Heroes is one of the Informants.

even The Giants Q B would would agree......... look all that matters is, this season he's the best there is out there and he's WELL PROTECTED.........that's in, like no one has really got to him this season, at least, to the point of injury, and until that happens ,and while he's answering all his e-mails between the time the ball's snapped to him and the time he finds the open man.....................man he's the man. oh, yeah and his front line................the men with the mission a Perfect Season, Superbowl. Congrads to the team with the focus and, of couse my fellow Californian, Tom Brady a local San Mateo guy. All the Best Patriots.
    Go Tom!

Congradulations to the best team that has ever graced the field of play in the NFL the future Superbowl Champions ....The New England Patriots and their perfect season.....................Thank You Tom Brady, and thank the front line each and every player in that organization deserves all props, in focus and execution..............the ideal season. They have created something that will last, The Perfect Season 19 and 0, and as the Miami Dolphins of the 70's know records are to be broken, or out numbered..........so Pats remember that in the not so near future, 2050 your record may be on the line but until then..............Cheers!

Serra high school sucks..Can it be true Bonds the ultimate cheat, has alumni Brady to share the cheaters legacy too...must be something in the bay. Brady has won 3 superbowls by a total of nine points, far from dominating. Let's hope he doesn't pull a BUCKNER for all you Stetson Cologne Boy lovers!!
G-men u-dogs by 12/13?? Get off the laced cabbage vegas. NY wins this one :)
