Heavy winds bend goalposts in Buffalo

What's wrong with this picture?

That's a live shot from windswept Buffalo on ESPN earlier this morning. Wind gusts of up to 75 mph bent the goalposts at Ralph Wilson Stadium, forcing stadium crews to break out the levels to re-adjust the uprights before the Bills were scheduled to kickoff their game against New England at 1 p.m. ET.

Earlier in the morning the player benches were blown onto the field and the wind caused a transformer to blow out. (The Bills have already had one power outage during a home game this year.) The forecast at game time calls for more of the same windy conditions, which could make it nearly impossible to throw or kick with accuracy. Considering the recent ineptitude of Buffalo quarterbacks, maybe this isn't such a bad thing.

God please hit this field with your windy wrath and if it is not to much please give the entire Baltimore squad food poisoning. At least the Gang Green will have some miracle of hope!

Let the power go out again. Maybe we can see a game that matters.
I know the Pats can still get in with a win. That doesn't mean I want to watch it !

This could have a repeat of that one pass by Joe Namath who threw the ball up, saw it literally go backwards 15 yards and be intercepted by the Bills and ran back for a TD.

If Scott Norwood used these goalposts in Buffalo, he wouldn't have gone wide right, the Bills would've won Super Bowl XXV, and history as we know it would have been changed forever.
